Our principles:
Through reviewing our service, we are dedicated to achieving the goals and objectives that have been expressed. We appreciate the opinions expressed by our service users, their families, and their representatives.
By paying attention to the requirements and goals of our service users, we hope to deliver a service that is driven by their desires. When appropriate, we employ a person-centered approach, putting the abilities of the service user—rather than their illness or disability—as our main concern.
We are committed to providing a quality service and continuous improvement of the care we provide.
To suit the requirements and desires of our service users, we strive to offer a package of care in collaboration with other Health and Social Care agencies.
The care we offer is based on an in-depth analysis of each service user's needs and care planning that is systematic, ongoing, and done in collaboration with the service user, their families or carers, care managers, and other medical experts.
